FAQs
What should I expect on my first visit?
On your first visit, we take the time to get to know you, why you are coming in, and any movement or health goals you want to accomplish.
We will conduct a thorough assessment to address the root cause of your pain. This may include functional exams, orthopedic exams, neurological exams, soft tissue palpation, and/or joint motion palpation.
What makes you different than any other chiropractic clinic?
At Impact Health Institute, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. We understand that everyone comes in with their unique story. Thus, we deliver a care that reflects this. We believe in using a blend of tools and techniques to address the root cause of your pain and dysfunction. It is our mission to give care that educates, integrates into your daily life, and leaves a positive impact on your health journey.
Do you take insurance?
Impact Health Institute is an Out of Network Provider. You can, however, use HSA and FSA dollars toward payments. Additionally, you can submit your claims to your insurance provider via superbills we provide after every visit. While we cannot guarantee they will apply the costs of our services to your deductible, this has been successful for many patients.
Why are you an out-of-network provider?
Impact Health Institute is a cash-based, musculoskeletal specialist clinic. This model gives you more time with your physician and a more personalized healthcare experience that is not available through traditional insurance-based models. Unfortunately, traditional health insurance does not currently reimburse for prolonged patient visits and integrative care that make Impact Health Institute unique.
