Privacy Policy

Impact Health Institute ("Impact Health," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, respond to our ads on Facebook or Instagram, or submit a form (including Meta Instant Forms and Messenger forms), and how we use and protect it.

By submitting your information, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, we may collect:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address

  • Your answers to our questions, such as the activities you want to get back to, care you have tried before, and when you want to get started

Information collected automatically. When you interact with our ads or website, we and our advertising partners may collect technical information such as your device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and how you interacted with an ad. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from Meta. When you submit a Meta Instant Form, Meta may pre-fill fields with information from your Facebook or Instagram profile. You can review and edit that information before submitting.

How we share your information
